This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the First International Conference on Software Process, held in Minneapolis, MN, USA, in May 2007. The event emanated from the joint International Software Process Workshop and the International Workshop on Software Process Simulation and Modeling and was colocated with 29th International Conference on Software Engineering, ICSE 2007. The 28 revised full papers presented together with the abstracts of 2 keynote addresses were carefully reviewed and selected from 98 initial submissions. The papers are organized in topical sections on process content, process tools and metrics, process management, process representation, analysis and modeling, experience report, and simulation modeling.
