This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 10th Pacific Rim International Conference on Artificial Intelligence, PRICAI 2008, held in Hanoi, Vietnam, in December 2008. The 49 revised long papers, 33 revised regular papers, and 32 poster papers presented together with 1 keynote talk and 3 invited lectures were carefully reviewed and selected from 234 submissions.
